VIP Waiters are based in Rochester, Kent and therefore regularly perform at wedding venues in Kent, London, Essex, Sussex & Surrey. If you are planning a wedding at an event further afield, do get in touch as we are happy to travel elsewhere in the UK or Abroad if needed.

We always aim to bring fantastic entertainment to you and your guests as you celebrate your wedding day, if you would like to create a bespoke entertainment package then do get in touch and we can discuss your day further. All our packages can be found here

If you would like to go ahead and book with us, this is what you can expect in the lead up to your event.

Step 1 – Choose the package that suits you best and LETS TALK to check if we have availability for your date.
We will then send over confirmation and your booking fee arrangements can be made.

Step 2 – This will 100% be the hardest part of the booking process – keeping us a secret! Don’t tell your guests about us, don’t even tell them there is a surprise, just don’t say a word!

Step 3 – A few weeks ahead of the wedding we will discuss the timings, song requests and your plans for the day. I will liase with the venue to iron out any of the finer details and keep them in the know. It is at this point your balance payment is due.

Step 4 – On the wedding day, you will get to witness my undercover waiter skills for yourself; as I dish out the drinks and the canapes. Remember to keep me a secret.

Step 5 – Keep an eye out for me towards the end of dinner service as it will nearly be time for me to get the party started! There will be napkin waving, dancing and a hell of a lot of singing along!

Step 6 – Get used to your guests reminding you of the epic (and rather handsome) singing waiter who performed at your wedding. They will say it was the best wedding they have ever been to & will not stop talking about it!

Here at VIP Waiters, we pride ourselves on our ability to blend in – that is of course until it’s time for us to stand out!

After witnessing your beautiful wedding ceremony a catering team of waiters and waitresses will likely be serving drinks and canapés in the grounds of your wedding venue. However, one (or two) of the team will appear a little more attentive to your guests than the others.
Our aim is to create as many positive touch points with your guests as possible; from seating guests at the ceremony, serving drinks and canapés to checking on each table during dinner, It will likely be noted by guests that a waiter named Nelson with his charming smile and friendly banter is on top form.

The choice is yours! Depending on which package you choose, will depend on how long our performances will be as they range from 20-40 minutes each.
If you are struggling to choose the songs to play at your wedding, we can of course make some suggestions (after all, this is not our first rodeo) but we will discuss in advance of the wedding to create the set list together.
